Build and own the AppSheet applications, Looker Studio dashboards and Google Workspace automations that connect how our tendering, projects, billing, procurement, fabrication, site operations and HR teams work.

01 · Responsibilities
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain practical AppSheet applications with connected records, forms, views, validations, actions, approvals and automations.
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for tendering, BOQ preparation, project progress, billing, collections, procurement, material movement, fabrication and manpower.
- Work directly with office, fabrication and site teams to understand workflows, identify gaps and convert requirements into usable business systems.
- Organise reliable, connected datasets in Google Sheets and reduce repetitive work with Apps Script and AppSheet automation.
- Test applications, dashboard calculations and automations; manage appropriate access; troubleshoot issues; and keep systems reliable and secure.
- Document workflows, train users, support day-to-day adoption and recommend practical improvements to leadership.
02 · Requirements
What you should bring
- Hands-on AppSheet development: tables and relationships, expressions, forms, views, actions, validations, automations and user access.
- Hands-on Looker Studio development: data sources, dashboards, metrics, calculated fields, filters and data-quality checks.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills, including QUERY, lookup functions, pivot tables, data validation and connected datasets.
- Working knowledge of Google Apps Script, or strong programming aptitude supported by working automation examples.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to research, write, debug and test solutions—and the ability to understand and maintain the result.
- Clear communication in English, Hindi and Bengali, with the patience and emotional intelligence to work across office, factory and site teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer applications, commerce or a related field.
- Ownership, analytical thinking, curiosity and close attention to data and operational detail.
Useful, but not essential
- Experience with APIs, SQL or databases, CRM systems such as Salesforce, accounting-software integrations or WhatsApp Business integrations.
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, manufacturing or another project-based business.
- Advanced Excel skills in addition to the essential AppSheet and Looker Studio capability.

Working hours
- Monday–Friday: 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Off
