Process Coordinator
Help keep day-to-day work on track through clear communication, consistent follow-up and coordination across teams. This role is suited to someone who is organised, comfortable talking to people, takes initiative and wants to learn how effective business processes work.
01 · Responsibilities
What you will do
- Track tasks, deadlines and commitments across teams, and follow up with the people responsible.
- Maintain Excel trackers, update records and prepare clear status reports.
- Identify pending work, understand delays and bring issues to the right person’s attention.
- Follow established procedures, check that tasks are completed properly and suggest practical improvements.
02 · Requirements
What you should bring
- Clear written communication in English, and clear spoken communication in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Comfort with the internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, email and WhatsApp; advanced Excel is welcome but not required.
- Emotional intelligence, tact and the ability to follow up politely but persistently.
- A self-starter attitude, willingness to learn and ownership without repeated reminders.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
- No prior work experience is required.

- Advanced Excel skills
03 · Schedule
Working hours
- Monday–Friday: 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Off
